1.Reimbursement of participation expenses is only allowed for one person for each participation team or individual.

2.All works must be original without any counterfeiting or infringement to the intellectual property of others.

3.The work shall take full consideration of the realization of market value and mass production.

4.The work shall be provided with frontier concept proactively, and grasp the development trend of future products to a certain extent.

5.Product proposals ever participated in other design competitions and won prizes or designed for the service of a third party are prohibited for participation in this Competition.

The entries shall be original ones without any counterfeiting or infringement to the intellectual property of others; the intellectual property right of the entries is shared by both the designers and the sponsor who own the right to promote, demonstrate, publish the plan and make other forms of promotion, etc..

Except for the authorization of the organizer, any organization, individual and third party are prohibited to make any re-design, production, sales, promotion, publication, exhibition and other forms of promotion for the entries of this Competition, otherwise the organizer has the right to investigate for legal liability.

Work proposals designed for the service of any third party are prohibited for participation in this Competition, or any legal dispute caused therefrom shall be borne by the participants.

1.Participants shall provide real personal information during registration and the Competition Society will not make substantive review on the identity of the designers; however, the participants will lose their opportunities for prize acceptance and work publication due to false personal information.

2.Participants must ensure that the entries are original without any plagiarism and infringement to the intellectual property right or other rights of any third party. If any above-mentioned illegal acts occur, the participants shall bear all liabilities of compensation and ensure that the organizing committee is protected against any loss.

3.The Competition Society is not equipped with sufficient monitoring capability to identify acts of plagiarism. However, once the acts of plagiarism are identified, the Competition Society has the right to disqualify the participants and require the return of prizes or bonuses, and meanwhile reserve the right to request for the compensation caused by potential occurred damage. The judging panel assumes no legal liability for the infringement acts by others, and the legal liability for infringement shall be borne by the plagiarists.

4.Works which are prohibited to be published, disseminated or contain the following contents are not accepted by the Competition Society.

(1) No entry should contravene the basic principles of the Constitution;

(2) No entry should endanger the state security, disclose the state secrets, subvert the state regime, and separate the unification of the state;

(3)No entry should impair the honor and interests of the state;

(4) No entry should instigate ethnic hatred or ethnic discrimination, or undermine national unity;

(5) No entry should break religious policies of the State, or blazon forth evil cults or superstition;

(6)No entry should disseminate rumors, disturb social order, or undermine social stability;

(7)No entry should spread obscenity, eroticism, gambling, violence, homicide, terror or instigate crimes;

(8) No entry should insult or slander others, infringe the legitimate rights and interests of others;

(9) No entry should contain other contents prohibited by laws and administrative regulations.

5.Participants should retain the manuscripts of the entries in advance.

6.The Competition Society enjoys the final explanation right of this Competition within the scope permitted by the law.
